I mean what's the pont of waiting 3 minutes to get a void barricade when slayers fang with repulsor brace exists, or a lotus eater rocket sidearm, or just any weapon that can roll with destabilizing rounds and repulsor brace - I mean hunters and get radiant on a 40 second cooldown, warlocks can fully heal with a 30-40 second cooldown, but void titans? nah lets make em wait 3 minutes to get a pansy void overshield, at least on stasis titan you can get 50% damage reduction - and keep it up almost all the time, especially with icefall mantle with a 20 second or less cooldown if you got the fragment that gives class ability cooldown reduction when defeating frozen or slowed targets, just something anything to buff void titan would be nice ya know - either make bastion give class ability energy when defeating void rebuffed targets or buff offensive bulwark where defeating targets with unpowered melee while having an overshield reduces your class ability cooldown.
