I have quadruple checked every location and I know I picked up all 18 fragments and the quest is still not completing, I did already have the exotic because I helped a buddy run it when he got it and it gave it to me also those two steps are complete but I know for a fact I have found all 18 as I remember picked them up and watching evach video on where they are. Pretty frustrating and no clue what to do now.
