The drowning labyrinth step 3 quest bugged
That's right I've collected all 3 worms even thou it says I have collected 4 worms so this might have bugged my quest out since I go back to the room to input the code for the dread knowledge sequence and the text prompt doesn't activate and the room doesn't spawn the stuff needed where you go to the room before the 1st encounter to get the knowledge.

We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine how this would be worrisome. By any chance, did you start this quest with an alternate character? If you did, does making more progress with them seem to help resolve this issue you're facing with your primary character? Please let us know.
