When I press play on it, there isn't any issue. Is it still doing it for you if you try now? It could have just been one of the people upset that bungie is making a game that's isn't destiny trying to get it taken down for some reason and bungie go it fixed. If it is still blocked for you, then it could just either be whatever browser you're using, your internet provider has it blocked, or just the area you live in.
