Drop rates for both Heretic Arsenal and Adept Heretic Arsenal are extremely too low despite the drop rate buff that was implemented at the start of Act 3. As shown on this Reddit post, this continues to being an issue. Is there a bug or something that is affecting the drop rate? I really don't want to think this is intentional after the statement of respecting player's time that was made for Marathon.
