Barrow dyad catalyst quest disapeared
My Barrow dyad one for all quest has glitched and disappeared from my menu. How I think this happened is I collected all 6 fragments in sunless cell strike then finished the strike but I did NOT have barrow dyad on my character when I finished the strike, however another teamate did have it equiped and I think it autocompleted my quest for me however now the quest is gone from my menu and I CANNOT reshape Barrow dyad with the one for all perk.

Hey there, Thank you for your report. We understand a quest related to the Barrow-Dyad has disappeared. If you haven't already done so, could you kindly verify whether it's possible to retrieve it via the Shaping Slab? Or by changing which Path your Shaping Slab is set to? Also, please be sure to check the quest archive, as it may be possible to reacquire it from there. If you find you are unable to reacquire it, then please clarify whether the affected quest is Dyadic Perfection, or another quest. In addition, please consider recording a video which demonstrates you are unable to reacquire it. Once you have footage, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, and we'll review.
