Bug: All variants of War Beasts are not affected by Ergo Sum's Arc Conductor
As in title, all War Beast enemies cannot be targeted by the Arc Conductor Ergo Sum's radius shock effect.
This includes Cabal War Beasts, Shadow Legion War Beasts, Shadow War Beasts ("Taken" War Beasts), etc.
This issue does not affect Riskrunner's Superconductor chain lightning perk.
