Second Chances exotic on Titan does not work while using shield throw in Transcendance. It works normal on the Prismatic subclass while Transcendance isn't active though. However when Transcendance is popped the shields no longer weaken, making the exotic nearly useless. I've attached a video comparing the normal dmg, non-transcendance shield throw dmg and transcendance shield throw dmg. Some of the hits did have radiant whereas the starting hit did not, however you can still see the discrepancy and the fact that the transcandance shield throw is not applying debuff.
