[quote] I will try again but I have no idea how to prevent it from happening[/quote] Looks like the tether messed with the spawn, if you look after the game TPs the add it goes to the third/fourth floor to the left of you, so the game tried to place it somewhere else and decided those floors were the best option. May want to if it spawns in immediately melee to save dying and possibly need to redo the floor, or fire off your tethers towards the middle. Unfortunately if the tether wasn't the cause then its going to be a matter of either it working or you needing to hit it before the TP happens.
