Echoes Act 1 quest not available
I completed the previous quest for failsafe but haven't been given a progress quest to continue echoes act 1. I am returning after a long time away from the game so may be missing something very simple. I have been playing breach executable to try and get specimen 4 for the helm but have had no luck. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

1 RespuestaThere's a progression block between Echoes acts that kicks in if you haven't completed the Revenant introduction mission on that character. Head to Europa and complete the Na-Veskirisk mission, after that Failsafe will prompt you/milestone for Act 2 quest will pop up.
