I don't have the following problem but my son does. He has completed the opening activity for season heresey, and can progress the top row of season pass, but as he hasn't paid for the season pass he cannot access the nether activities neither private or arena as they don't show in the last city screen. Has bungie changed it this season, as any other season, you could access the activities without buying the season pass, just not claim extra rewards.
