Yesterday I played some Crucible matches and noticed that not only did they exclude DMT from RDM (as mentioned in X), but they also added extra recoil when firing from the hip and the reticle has a lot of bloom (basically, the catalyst is useless). Before the season start update, it didn't feel like this.
