Can frostpulse give 3 fragment slots?
And can it also provide "increased melee range for 2 seconds after freezing a target from any source"
Warlocks don't have a shatter ability so why not give them this

Outside of Prismatic, Warlock doesn’t have a subclass that can give them five fragments. Hunter: Stasis and Solar Titan: Stasis It would be nice if they had one as well.
