Unbeknownst to anyone, the shield perk Adaptive Munitions was stealth nerfed. Why? I have no idea. Previously the perk was up to a 500% buff and up to 600% enhanced. Now it is up to a 50% buff and up to 70% enhanced. This is now a worse version of Under-Over as that gives the same 50% buff (55% enhanced) but without the ramping period. Why would I choose Adaptive Munitions if a better alternative works outright and does not require sustained fire to reach its maximum? Revert the nerf or be transparent about your fixes.
