If it is, then please be advised that all ovens were automatically Masterworked. you should be able to bake cookies at discounted Essence costs, though please note that you may not see a gold border even if your oven is Masterworked. If, however, this does not seem to apply to the issue you're reporting, then please provide a video to illustrate the issue.
