Bungie store support not working?

Made an order for the Darkest Day emblem on 11/29 and still have not received it (I checked spam/junk boxes). I put in a support ticket to the bungie store and got a reply that said “emblems can take 24-48 hours to arrive, if it has been more than 48 hours, reply to this thread”. So I did that and replied that it has been 5, now 6 days since my order. I got back the exact reply from the first time. I replied back asking if I was given the same reply by mistake and I got the SAME response back. SO I put in another ticket to try and get some help… I once again got the same copy/paste response. Is there someone else I can contact to resolve this?
