One character is locked, caught in a loop picking up ingredients from the shelf. I've done the quest but it is still active and I can't delete it. Another is in a loop when picking up the tonics from the little machine. However I've previously been able to create tonics on this character. You stated a couple of times, it's been addressed and on the list of known issues, it has been removed. Does that mean you've given up on it? Because I'm still dead in the water here? Any acknowledgement would be welcome.
