Crafted Omniscient Eye cannot enhance Precision Instrument
Title.
When reshaping Omniscient Eye from Garden of Salvation, Precision Instrument shows up as a normal perk twice, and the Enhanced version is not present.
This is a bug.
EDIT: Selecting either of those will also cost you the full price of an enhanced perk, while applying the normal version.
