Name change not loading
I was recently affected by the name reset that happened during solstice. I heard that a name chance was coming and when it arrived I saw others change their names but when I go to settings and try to change it, it says "you can only change your bungie name once". It simply won't let me save even though I haven't changed my name since 2022. Can someone please help?

Hey there. Being able to enter a new name is confirmation that you do have a name change available. If you did not, you would not be able to enter a new name at all. What's happening is that the name is being rejected by the filter. When a name gets reset by the system, it (and also many variants!) can't be re-used - Bungie tried to unlock names unnecessarily changed by the reset wave, but have acknowledged that this did not work for everyone. It is up to you whether to use the name change for something else, or wait for a further announcement on the above.
