The linked image is supposed to show the name "kōta". Never had problems with 'special' characters in Steam names before -- seems like now anything outside standard ASCII shows up as squares. I know people with kanji names, etc, that now just show up as squares, but worked perfectly fine up until today. Literally yesterday this was fine.
