Just noticed I don't think I've seen anybody really talk about this, but no scannables in game have produced dialogue or done anything for the last handful of years and it makes the open worlds miss so much life. Exploring new places in seasons and finding something tucked away to scan only for it to do nothing has been something thats been happening for way too long at this point
