Many characters, like The stranger, Ikora, Drifter , Xur(in Eternity) have that visual thingy around them but they don't need anything from me. I don't have any quests involving them or reputation to spend or get aspects or fragments from them. PLEASE fix this it's EXTREMELY annoying😭
