Khvostov lost encryption bits bugged
I am stuck at 14/15 on the lost encryption bits. I have collected all 9 region chests and picked up all scrap piles except for the one in the smothering darkness cyst, however it just isn't spawning in. I have tried rerunning it several times on different days both in a fireteam and solo and it just wont spawn. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Nope. You can’t fix it as far as I know. I’m modding one despite having scanned all but I kept telling a friend I don’t recall scanning the like in the sword cyst but he insisted I did.
