Over the past couple of months that I have been majorly grinding Destiny 2, I have managed to find a few out of bounds areas. I don't know if this is the right place to put this, if not then let me know, but with how easy two of them are to find I thought it was important to share. The EDZ spot is right near 'The Sludge' landing zone, I found it by just exploring and being mischievous. Very easy to find and get far into areas you aren't supposed to. IF you have strand, you can grapple yourself to hit the loading zone for the nearby lost sector while still OOB. The Pale Heart spot is within 'The Refraction', not as near a landing zone, but it is just behind a waterfall. I was trying to just search within a search area, and the block in front of it made me assume there was something behind it. Another super easy one to get into, haven't explored quite as much though. The Neomuna one isn't as easy. It is within 'Maya's Retreat', in the cave just before the area where you train in the story mission. The video shows exactly where the spot is, and you have to slide to get into it. Doesn't allow for much movement though, due to death barriers scattered around. Hope this helps if it does.
