Feel free to add • Ghost does not award the Reaching Within shader on reset (gives Scintillant Trajectory instead) • Meatball boss in Pale Heart consumes all motes of light • Khvostov mission is bugged (light motes) • Feather in the Aerial Ace lava cave (Transgression) doesn’t properly collect, and keeps resetting • After hearing all the radio messages in The Lost City and getting the triumph, the “tune in” prompt on the radio is still available [Edit] • the ghost in the room behind The Relic (Enclave) is still there after collecting it [Edit] • In The Lost City, the cabal on the level above the “The Hollow, part II” mission node has an “Activate fan” prompt which does nothing
