Missing collectable items from Pale Heart.
PLATFORM: Steam
ISSUE: I have collected all region chests and piles of rubble in the Pale Heart but I am missing a Lost Encryption Bit, I have retraced my steps and returned to all locations and have not been able to re-acquire any of the piles of rubble.
