https://www.bungie.net/7/en/News/Article/9-28-23-twid https://www.bungie.net/7/en/News/Article/twid_09_21_2023 In the TWABs above there is a known issue "The Hoarfrost-Z and Icefall Mantle Titan Exotics are using the incorrect cooldowns." Their cooldowns haven't changed since and there has been no mentions of this on the bungie website since. If anyone knows if they have been secretly changed or shown to work as intended please say. Also, if anyone knows precisely what cooldowns they were supposed to have that would be nice to know as well. It just seems like a known issue was forgotten and I would really like these exotics to be better.
