Found a bug in onslaught. During the part where you have to ignite the rift to reveal a portal to progress, the spark can disappear when a teammate drops its upon death. It never respawns, so you're just stuck there. You can kill the big enemy guarding it, but it doesnt do anything. You just can't progress and you're stuck there forever.
