Lost access to Prime rewards after linking accounts
My PlayStation account was set up to receive Prime rewards (see image link). Yesterday, I tried to link and set up cross save between my Steam and PlayStation accounts together and after doing so, my Prime rewards all disappeared from my account. I then unlinked my accounts, hoping that the PSN account would still have the Prime rewards, but they are still missing from that account. They are not in the Steam account either.
Is it possible to recover the Amazon Prime rewards that I had tied to my account?

I had previously posted (https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/263498760) trying to understand what would happen after linking my accounts, but did not get any response, which is why I finally tried it. Unfortunately, my experiment failed.
