Buff Wicked Implement
Wicked Implement would be such a great scout if only it had a damaging perk, like double damage to frozen targets or percision instrument or even collective action to work with shards. Vorpal would be nice just for champions or guardians in their supers. Just want the gun to see a buff and get more play since it's my favorite scout. Just my 2 cents

Really all scouts need a pve damage buff just like hand cannons got. It feels bad when you can't 1 shot most minors in a heroic nightfall while your teammates with hand cannons are wrecking everything. I they all scouts should a 30% crit damage buff vs minors and majors. This should let most scouts ohk minors with a crit.
