Supernova Sprint Triumph Broken

As title states, a friend and I completed Starcrossed in just over 16 minutes, which satisfies the requirement for Supernova Sprint (complete Starcrossed in under 20 minutes). Triumph did not unlock, and shows no sign of unlocking anytime in the near future.
Players involved were Tony_Blackfox#3185 and Lightbearer's Debt (Adept)#5616

the description of the triumph is incorrect - i had to complete it in under 15 minutes to get it to pop. i don't think they've acknowledged this anywhere yet
