Completed Warlord's Ruin dungeon solo, can't claim solo/flawless emblem
I completed the triumph ''She Stood Alone, O Vengeance Mine'' on 27th December 2023 but I didn't complete the triumph ''Become Naeem's avatar, O vengeance Mine''. I completed all encounters without leaving the activity.
What is the reason why I still can't claim the solo emblem?
On 12th December, there was an fix regarding an issue regarding giving wrong rewards after completing solo flawless trumphs. Is the problem really fixed?

Any dungeon regardless of what the text tells you has a solo flawless requirement for the eblem. I understand the confusion but I'm pretty sure there's only one triumph bound to the eblem and it tells you to not die.
