Hierarchy Of Needs should be buffed
Particularly in PvP, Hierarchy of Needs is near-useless due to its low damage and long draw time despite being my favourite weapon aesthetically. Please Bungie, buff it even just a little.

2 RespuestasBungie likely won't touch the damage. In pvp it deals about 190 with its perk active really any buff would allow a one shot and this weapon thrives off chaining the perk. It's why in pve it actually can be used and to strong effect the biggest issue it has is that Wish-Ender is basically everything in one making it the best bow in the game by a longshot.
