For two months in a row now the rewards from Prime Gaming have not been available to myself and others in game. The Partner Rewards sections on my account ([url]https://imgur.com/a/hHVonCo[/url]) does show I claimed both from Prime Gaming yet they just are not showing up in the kiosk to claim. I can confirm everything outlined here [url]https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049498571-Prime-Gaming-Support-for-Destiny-2[/url] lines up. Also to note, it is very unclear if the "Refesh" button for Missing Twitch Rewards on the Partner Rewards page even does anything. No confirmation or processing indication is show when clicking the button, have tried on multiple browsers. If the matter could please be looked into and corrected, thank you.
