During the Ecthar encounter of GOTD my teammates and I kept respawning outside of the encounter and we're locked out until the fireteam wiped. Is this a bug or is this intentional? We were being killed on the 'land' portion of the encounter and our ghosts ended up at the jumping puzzle portion on the dungeon (the section with the first shreiker after the first encounter).
