I've had 7 totally different fireteams, all on different consoles/PC in the past 2 hours where myself or other players have gotten muted, or lost the ability to hear the fireteam randomly. Sometimes it even happens to where only half the fire team can hear each other, or only two people can hear each other. Its happened to me too, and I've had to exit my game multiple times to fix it. Theres no error codes, already tried cycling through different chats, etc. This is nothing new, but I've never had it happen so frequently to so many different people on separate fireteams on the same day, let alone within a couple of hours.
