So you can only run Root of Nightmares once per character to be able to obtain drops on said characters. Also the class item drops from both the third and fourth encounters so if you haven’t finished the raid you should because you can get it from the final encounter as well. Also what armour or weapon you get is completely random and you aren’t guaranteed something that you don’t already have, that’s what RNG is, random. Good luck.
