Wicked Implement Buff Idea
Add to Creeping Attrition: Picking up shards activates creeping attrition.
Add to Tithing Harvest: Shattering frozen enemies with this weapon will spawn stasis crystals.
Change Hadopelagic Tribute: Picking up stasis crystals increases precision Damage and slow dealt to targets while creeping attrition is active. Stacks up to 3X (Max stacks +60% precision Damage + 15 slow per shot)
