One character at 1600.
You clearly don’t play but spend your time checking numbers lol.
No doubt about it.
Bungie is your Daddy and is living rent free in your in-law suite.

It’ll be an alt account.

If he only has one character at 1600 it basically means he isnt playing on THIS account btw

Editado por The Hermit IX: 8/11/2023 11:45:27 AMI live in the here in and now. His account has one character at 1600. So that’s what I accept as the basis of my comment. If he has multiple accounts and is playing regularly then he’s contradicting his own point with the post. When half a million people logged on to play on a Thursday, 6 months after a DLC drop, the game is functioning as it always has.

It can be just like one of my friends. Who still use his old account on the forums because he is too lazy to switch to the new one x) Nobody is dumb enough to stop playing and still be around her a year or so after to talk about the state of the game

Editado por The Hermit IX: 8/11/2023 7:13:12 PMForums are littered with players that haven’t played in years. They brag about it regularly so I don’t what threads you’re reading. They come here to bash a game they don’t play because they have no lives. The forums are also littered with FTP players that complain about content they don’t play and bash the content that’s available free of charge. I’d love to see Bungie only let players that have played at least a few hours a month post and give the FTP a separate page to cry on. Place would be much better, honest feedback and a chance for those of us who enjoy the game to share.

Well for f2p player i understand if they complain here, after all even tough they dont pay, they still have the right to talk about the state of the game (even tough f2p is just a sh*tty demo) But if people really stopped playong for years ans are still around thats cringe and weird XD. How would they know about how the game feels like

Doesn’t bungie boast like 48 million players lol? Half a million is like 1% of that

Editado por The Hermit IX: 8/11/2023 7:14:36 PMYou aren’t very good at math are you? Haha. Good lord. Keep throwing your money at your screen.

Editado por theGreatMoogle: 8/11/2023 5:25:53 PM.5/48 = 1.03% 🤷♂️ Edit: I see your stuff and its rare to see someone so invested in shitting on people for something they do themselves lol

Editado por The Hermit IX: 8/11/2023 7:19:02 PMYou must be new to the forums then. Forums are littered with people who bash on the game and anyone who enjoys it. I give it right back to nasty trolls who cry incessantly about a video game like it matters. It’s one thing when it’s a teen but most of the toxic behavior is directly from grown men who think eating paint chips is a good thing.

Editado por Avoodle Kadoodle Noodle: 8/11/2023 3:19:29 PMIt’s 48 million players that have at least played the game. Not 48 million active players lol. By the way Bungie isn’t the only company to talk about how many players have played a game.
-
I can’t help but feel like thats still not any better tho. 1% of the population throughout the whole game is still a super small group
-
Editado por Avoodle Kadoodle Noodle: 8/11/2023 3:18:24 PMThat’s literally how every single game is though. Fortnite has 400+ million registered players. Yet Fortnite averages around 1.2 million players per day at the moment.
-
Thats fair. I did do some research just now and everything I’m finding says 48 million is not a total count since the games start, its a yearly count, with the last estimate being 42 million in 2022
-
Editado por Avoodle Kadoodle Noodle: 8/11/2023 3:33:16 PMDestiny 2 has an estimated 44 million registered players. That doesn’t however mean that all of them are active or that they play every single day. If you count July and August so far they are averaging around 500k players. Which honestly isn’t that bad. If you think about it being 10 days until Season 22. As well as there being a lot of games to play at the moment especially on PC. Destiny 2 will bounce back to probably around 1.2 million when Season 22 comes out. Then die down again half way through the season. With people doing everything they wanted to or people being bored and wanting to play other games. There’s also the fact that games like Armor Core, Starfield, XDefiant, and even CoD. Will be coming out relatively soon. That’s just how it is with games like this though. It’ll constantly go up and down. It will never stay completely steady. I think people need to just understand that and accept it.

Yeah thats fair
