So, I earned the 'Master Guide' emblem, a while back in the Last Wish guided game playlist, and used it for quite some time, but a few months ago I took it off and used something else, dismantled the emblem to save some space, and now I cannot get it from collections. I've reached out to support, but because the exact subject wasn't applicable, they just closed my ticket and directed me here. I have absolutely no idea what a forum post is meant to offer, but by any chance has anyone else experienced their emblems disappearing from collections, and what were the steps you've taken to recover it? Can provide anything requested included raid reports where the emblem was equipped.
