Commendations Broken
I am unable to give commendations to my fireteam members. Instead of taking me to the commendations screen, it brings me to the event summary screen. There is no way to change to the main commendation menu, and I cannot give commendations from the summary screen; it's as though they have been removed from the game entirely.
