Nessa's Oblation
So I had a question about an interesting perk combo that the new Nessa's Oblation shotgun can roll; in the 3rd column it can run repulsor brace and in the 4th column it can run destabilizing rounds. So my question is, would the destabilizing rounds that make enemies volatile, also then prock the over-shield from repulsor brace?
Can't find an answer anywhere on this.

Sounds like it should. And hopefully the two don’t cancel each other out since that’s something Bungie would accidentally allow.
