Didn't Get "Solo Spelunker" because of error code?
This was a fresh solo run & I never do these things, it didn't count for some reason?
I got weasel at final boss after damaging it, an went back in and finished

If you go back to orbit for any reason, even an error code, it won’t count as a solo clear. You need to do the whole thing in 1 sitting unfortunately
