In destiny I have an awful flickering, but only while I am on the director menu, not in the character menu, nor during the actual game. And while I am reporting this issue I am also going to report another problem I had recently. For four weeks now, I have had framerate dropping, but the game still tells me that it is running on 90 FPS but what I am expierencing (mostly during raids) are definitely less than 90 and possibly even under 60.
