Since Lightfall, the Dreaming City's skybox has been missing in a couple of places, namely [b]Morgeth encounter and Spine of Keres[/b]. It looks normal when you first load in, but if you go to one of these two places, the sky turns black. My friends also experience this issue so I know it's not just on my end.
