Ever since synthweave was introduced the cloak "Cloak of the emperor" still is not eligible for use for transmog because it looks identical to the cloak "Shadow's cloak" even though they have different colors and there are also a few cloaks and 2 whole armor sets that look identical exactly identical but the only difference is the color and all of them are available for transmog. Bungie is filled with hypocrites. TL;DR: OCD idiot mad that Bungo is hypocritical and lies about synthweave.
