I really don't know how you Bungie let this slide from the Quality Approval Team. In 15s on console you can hardly hover over with the cursor once all team mates to read their names before commendating the one you are looking for. Please either increase it 30s or allow players to commendate AFTER leaving the lobby like in Overwatch.
