Unable to redeem pre order bonus
In BL and WQ we used the game sharing on Xbox to share the DLC and pre order bonuses in our house. We’ve pre ordered the Lightfall DLC and in the Xbox Manage Game and Add Ons menu for Destiny 2, I can download the pre order bonuses and Lightfall. But upon launching the game, I cannot retrieve the pre order bonuses and the game shows I won’t / don’t have Lightfall unlocked. I’m aware seasons and dungeon keys don’t share but we’ve shared actual content such as BL and 30th anniversary in addition to pre order bonuses in the past. Did something change?

4 RespuestasBungie does not support game sharing. Bungie will only honour pre-order bonuses for the account that did the pre-order, anything that's given to alt accounts is entirely accidental. My alt accounts on Xbox is also missing all pre-order bonuses - so it doesn't look like its working like it did with witch queen and prior Lightfall will not show as owned for that account as LF hasn't launched yet and its only live as a preorder. Quicksilver storm should be available to you a season after Lightfall launches (maybe earlier but we'll find out in 2 and a half weeks) when its released to all standard LF owners/game sharers
