Touch of Malice seems to be kinda buggy when shooting stasis crystals with the Whisper of Shards fragment equipped. If I shoot crystals with touch in PvP the improved ability regen timer does not pop up unless I swap to a different weapon. It appears to be different between PvP & PvE. Both do not show the improved ability regen timer with touch out, but in PvE you can see the increased grenade regen speed, while in PvP it doesn't until you swap weapons.
