I've gotten back to back My Bowfriend's Back medals to show in the game screen (three precision final blows) that I earned it. After the match I go to look at the medal and it is not showing as received, nor is my final triumph for Deadeye showing completed. These matches that it occurred during were both in Iron Banner.
